The Internal Audit Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the auditing functions across our operations, with a focus on both the Chalinze Factory and the Dar es Salaam Office. This role involves conducting comprehensive audits, identifying potential areas of fraud, and recommending improvements to internal controls to mitigate risk. The position requires a rotation between the Chalinze site and the Dar office to ensure thorough oversight of all financial and operational activities.

Key Requirements
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holder in good standing.
Extensive experience in fraud investigation and forensic auditing techniques.
Solid understanding of internal audit standards and accounting procedures.
Strong analytical skills to identify financial risks and process gaps.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced data analysis tools.
Ability to prepare detailed and professional audit reports with recommendations.
