SALES SPECIALIST @ TWYFORD INTERNATIONAL
Twyford International is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team in Mwanza. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing tile sales operations, focusing specifically on the Arusha Sanitary Ware line. This role requires a proactive approach to product promotion, ensuring that all items are attractively displayed in the showroom and presented effectively to various clients to maximize brand visibility and sales volume. In addition to sales and marketing duties, the Sales Specialist will be tasked with critical administrative and financial responsibilities. This includes managing the collection of accounts receivable to ensure healthy cash flow and handling the preparation and signing of sales-related contracts. We are looking for a professional who can blend technical product knowledge with excellent customer service to foster long-term business relationships in the building materials and hardware sector.
Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing and Sales, Marketing and Entrepreneurship, or Any related Field.
At least two years of channel sales experience in the hardware, building materials, and sanitary ware industry.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong negotiation and communication skills for closing sales deals.
Ability to manage and track accounts receivable effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and contract preparation.
Physical capability to assist in displaying products in showrooms.
Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Deep knowledge of the local Mwanza market and building material trends.
Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain long-term client relationships.
