SALES SPECIALIST (1 POSITION) @ TWYFORD INTERNATIONAL
Twyford International is seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mwanza. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the sales operations for our tiles and sanitary ware products, specifically focusing on the Arusha Sanitary Ware line. This role involves active engagement with clients, managing showroom displays, and ensuring that our products are presented effectively to potential buyers to maximize market reach.
Beyond direct sales, the Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the collection of accounts receivable and the formalization of sales-related contracts. We are looking for a professional who can maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the overall growth of our market share in the hardware and building materials industry within the Mwanza region. The position requires a strategic mindset to handle channel sales and ensure brand visibility across various client touchpoints.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing and Sales, Marketing and Entrepreneurship, or Any related Field.
At least two years of channel sales experience in the hardware, building materials, and sanitary ware industry.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proven ability to manage and collect accounts receivable efficiently.
Strong negotiation and closing skills to finalize sales-related contracts.
Experience in displaying products effectively in showrooms to attract clients.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client rapport.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in the Mwanza region.
Proficiency in basic computer applications for sales reporting and documentation.
Strong knowledge of the building materials market and competitor trends.
