FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR @ TUNZA BEACH
TUNZA BEACH is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our hospitality team in Mwanza. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of guest service, quality control, and efficient staff management. You will coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence across all dining and beverage service areas.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in restaurant point-of-sale systems
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
Attention to detail in inventory and cost control
Capability to train and mentor junior service staff
Professional certification in hospitality or related field
