The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sophisticated electrical systems, ensuring that all production targets are met with minimal technical disruptions through efficient fault-finding and preventative maintenance strategies.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or B.Tech in Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Extensive knowledge of working with motors, including Star-Delta and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Hands-on expertise in handling PLC-based automation systems (Siemens, Schneider, or Allen-Bradley).
Proficiency in panel wiring, installation, and complex cable routing.
Advanced fault-finding skills to minimize machine downtime and optimize production.
Experience in managing sensors, solenoid valves, and limit switches.
Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and compliance regulations.
Previous experience in rice mills, flour mills, or similar food processing manufacturing plants.
Basic understanding of industrial airflow and interlocking systems.
Formal PLC training or certification is highly preferred.
