Key Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional designations such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are highly valued.
Minimum of 10 years of finance leadership experience.
Proven track record of managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
Ability to drive corporate strategy and long-term financial planning.
Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
Ability to oversee complex financial reporting and audit cycles.
Proficiency in advanced financial software and enterprise resource planning systems.
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory standards.
