QUALITY & COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR @ TRUEBLUE GLOBAL
TrueBlue Global is looking for a Quality & Compliance Director to oversee standards and regulatory requirements for our partners in Germany. With primary locations in Wolfsburg, Berlin, Stuttgart, and Munich, this role ensures that automotive manufacturing meets the highest global standards. Compensation for this role is between $150,000 and $280,000+ USD or the EUR equivalent.
You will lead quality assurance departments, manage audit processes, and ensure that all products comply with German and international automotive safety regulations. Your work will be critical in maintaining the reputation and safety of both traditional OEMs and emerging EV startups.

Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in automotive quality assurance and compliance.
In-depth knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949 and other industry standards.
Experience managing regulatory compliance specifically for the German market.
Proven leadership in maintaining high manufacturing quality standards.
Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and risk mitigation.
Ability to interface with global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers professionally.
Experience with EV-specific safety and quality regulations.
Excellent documentation and audit preparation skills.
Strategic approach to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
