PLANT DIRECTOR & MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS (VP) @ TRUEBLUE GLOBAL
TrueBlue Global is building an elite Automotive leadership network across the United States. This role focuses on Plant Direction and Manufacturing Operations (VP) within our network of partners, including OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and EV startups. Possible work locations within the US include Detroit, Silicon Valley, Austin, Nashville, and South Carolina. Compensation for leadership roles is listed between $150,000 to $280,000+ USD.
The successful candidate will lead teams, scale operations, and deliver high-impact results. As a key leader, you will oversee manufacturing strategies and ensure operational excellence across the automotive sector. You will work closely with executive teams to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the evolving mobility landscape.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of automotive industry experience is highly valued.
Proven track record of leading large manufacturing teams.
Experience scaling operations within high-growth automotive environments.
Deep knowledge of automotive OEMs and Tier 1 supply chains.
Ability to deliver measurable results in manufacturing efficiency.
Strong strategic planning and organizational development skills.
Experience with Electric Vehicles (EV) and mobility innovation preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive leadership.
Proficiency in manufacturing execution systems and lean methodologies.
