The salary range is between $140,000 and $350,000+ USD depending on the candidate's level and specific location. Relocation support, performance bonuses, and stock options are included as part of the executive compensation package.

Key Requirements
Medical Degree (MD) or PhD in Life Sciences or Medicine
7+ years of leadership experience in a medical or clinical setting
Valid medical license and relevant board certifications
Strong background in clinical research and drug safety
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in healthcare
Experience improving patient outcomes in complex medical environments
Ability to lead and mentor high-performing medical staff
In-depth knowledge of regulatory affairs and pharmaceutical standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proven expertise in medical device distribution and safety
