TrueBlue Global connects senior talent with mobility innovators and established OEMs in key German automotive hubs such as Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin, and Wolfsburg. Compensation for leadership roles ranges from $150,000 to $280,000+ USD or the equivalent in EUR.
In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams focusing on mechanical, electrical, or software systems. You will play a pivotal role in R&D for EV, battery technology, and autonomous systems. You will be responsible for technical roadmaps and ensuring all engineering projects align with the company's long-term mobility goals.

Key Requirements
Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
Over 10 years of senior engineering leadership within the automotive sector.
Expertise in EV, battery technology, or autonomous systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
Strong background in R&D and product development lifecycles.
Familiarity with German automotive standards and regulations.
Track record of innovation and technological advancement.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Ability to manage complex projects across international borders.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly valued.
