Key Requirements
PharmD or PhD in Pharmacy or related Life Sciences field
Active State Board of Pharmacy license
7+ years of pharmacy leadership or management experience
Experience in pharmaceutical logistics and distribution
Proven ability to manage complex medical supply chains
Knowledge of regulatory affairs and medication safety protocols
Track record of driving revenue growth within pharmacy operations
Experience in clinical research and development for drugs
Strong leadership skills for managing high-performing teams
Expertise in cold chain logistics and medical device distribution
