We are looking for a Director of Nursing to lead nursing staff and manage patient care quality across hospital systems in the United States. Compensation is highly competitive, ranging from $140,000 to $350,000+ USD per year. In addition to a high base salary, the role includes executive benefits, performance bonuses, and relocation support for qualified candidates.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
7+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience
Proven success in improving patient safety and care quality
Experience managing high-performing clinical nursing teams
Expertise in healthcare compliance and risk management
Strong background in hospital materials management
Ability to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Knowledge of healthcare logistics and supply chain management
