TrueBlue Global is recruiting for a Director of Accounting to maintain the integrity of financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This leader will manage accounting teams and streamline financial processes within leading firms to support corporate growth. The role involves overseeing the general ledger, managing month-end close processes, and ensuring all financial statements reflect the highest accuracy.
Locations for this leadership role include New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Los Angeles, and Seattle. Candidates should be comfortable managing transitions, such as implementing new accounting software or navigating mergers and acquisitions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional designations such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are highly valued.
Minimum of 10 years of finance leadership experience.
Proven track record of managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
Ability to drive corporate strategy and long-term financial planning.
Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
In-depth knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance.
Experience managing external audit relationships and tax filings.
Strong organizational skills to manage complex accounting cycles.
Ability to mentor and grow junior accounting staff.
