Key Requirements
Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent medical degree
Active Board Certification and Medical License
7+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical leadership experience
Proven track record of improving patient safety and quality metrics
Experience driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing clinical teams
Extensive knowledge of healthcare administration and hospital systems
Strong strategic planning and execution skills
