Key Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional designations such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are highly valued.
Minimum of 10 years of finance leadership experience.
Proven track record of managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
Ability to drive corporate strategy and long-term financial planning.
Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
Strong background in banking, private equity, or fintech industries.
Exceptional communication skills for board-level reporting and investor relations.
Expertise in complex financial modeling and forecasting.
Strategic mindset with the ability to manage risk and compliance effectively.
