HR MANAGER (TRUCKING INDUSTRY) @ TRUCKING INDUSTRY DCSPL
The HR Manager will lead the human resources department for a market-leading transportation company, managing a large and dynamic workforce. This end-to-end role encompasses mass recruitment—specifically for drivers—payroll processing, and strict adherence to labour law compliance. You will be responsible for leading a team of 10 to 15 HR staff members, ensuring that organizational culture and operational needs are met efficiently. Possible work locations include Dar es Salaam or Mtwara. This role offers a salary of USD 2,000 to 4,000 per month (Take Home) on a renewable 1-year contract. The package includes expatriate benefits such as housing and work permit sponsorship. The ideal candidate is an HR generalist with strong compliance knowledge and a proven background in the trucking or industrial sectors. Salary: USD 2,000 – 4,000 per month (Take Home).
Key Requirements
Nationality: Indian
10-15 Years experience in the Trucking or Industrial sectors
Expertise in end-to-end HR operations management
Proven experience in mass recruitment, particularly for drivers
Proficiency in payroll management for large workforces
Deep understanding of Tanzanian labor law compliance
Experience leading a team of 10-15 HR professionals
Strong HR generalist background with strategic oversight
Willingness to relocate to Dar es Salaam or Mtwara, Tanzania
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
