TribuESK is hiring a Software Developer for our Berlin location to build the backend services that power our AI video production engine. You will be responsible for creating scalable APIs and integrating advanced AI features into our production workflows. This role offers founding-level impact and the opportunity to ship code that reaches creators globally.
You will collaborate across engineering and product teams to ensure fast shipping cycles and high-quality software. We provide a competitive salary package of €80,000 to €130,000+ per year, plus equity. Key Requirements
Experience building scalable backend services and robust APIs.
Ability to integrate AI features into production workflows.
Proficiency in full-stack or backend development languages.
