PRODUCT DESIGNER (AI-NATIVE UX) @ TRIBUESK
As a Product Designer at TribuESK in Berlin, you will be at the forefront of AI-native UX design. We are building sophisticated tools for video creators, and your mission will be to turn powerful, complex technology into simple and elegant user experiences. This is a founding-level role where you will help define the visual and functional identity of our platform.
You will conduct user research with creators and video teams to understand their workflows and pain points. Your designs will facilitate seamless interaction with agentic AI and animation tools. The role offers a competitive salary between €80,000 and €130,000+ per year, including equity, and provides the opportunity to work in the heart of Berlin's tech scene.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in product design for AI-native applications.
Ability to design intuitive interfaces for complex AI workflows.
Proficiency in conducting user research with creators and video teams.
Expertise in turning high-level technical concepts into simple, elegant user experiences.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills and product thinking.
Mastery of design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions.
