We are building the future of intelligent content creation, focusing on tools that empower creators through agentic AI, seamless animation, and powerful automation. As a founding-level hire, you will work directly with the founders and help shape the product direction from the ground up, making a significant impact on how AI transforms creative industries.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning core ML systems and retrieval pipelines, specifically working with RAG, LLMs, and vector databases. You will turn complex AI workflows into scalable systems and analyze real-world evidence to improve our models. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from €80,000 to €130,000+ per year, along with equity options. Based in our Berlin office, you will be part of a groundbreaking team defining the next generation of video production.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Proficiency in building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Strong background in Machine Learning and core ML systems.
Experience with vector databases for efficient data retrieval.
Ability to analyze real-world evidence and integrate into AI models.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python or C++.
Experience in a startup environment, preferably YC-backed.
Ability to shape technical foundations and architecture from day one.
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
