As part of our strategic expansion across the African continent, we require a skilled individual to oversee our financial documentation and ensure strict adherence to Tanzanian regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and preparing periodic financial statements for management review. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Tanzanian financial regulations and a proactive approach to financial management. Key Requirements
Solid understanding of Tanzanian tax regulations and TRA procedures.
Competence in using Tally, QuickBooks, or other major ERP systems.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Professional certification such as CPA (T) or equivalent.
Proven experience in financial statement preparation and auditing.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Integrity and high ethical standards in handling financial data.
Ability to perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
Fluency in both English and Swahili is required for communication.
Ability to meet strict monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines.
