RESERVATION & TICKETING SPECIALIST @ TRAVELTRACK
Traveltrack is currently inviting applications for the role of Reservation and Ticketing Specialist to join our vibrant team in Tanzania. This position requires a professional who is adept at navigating Global Distribution Systems to secure flight reservations and handle ticketing procedures efficiently. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely travel arrangements while maintaining high standards of service. Work locations include our offices in both Dar es Salaam and Arusha. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities including providing expert advice on travel routes, processing complex ticket re-issuances, and managing client queries with professionalism. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of airline policies and international travel regulations. Key Requirements
Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo
Minimum of 2 years experience in ticketing and reservations
Strong knowledge of domestic and international air travel regulations
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle complex itineraries and re-issuances
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in booking
Fluency in English and Swahili
Degree or Diploma in Tourism or related field
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of airline codes and industry terminology
