RESERVATION AND TICKETING STAFF @ TRAVELTRACK
Traveltrack is expanding its operations and is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservation and Ticketing Staff member to join our dynamic team at the Arusha branch. This role is central to our mission of providing seamless travel experiences, requiring a professional who excels at itinerary creation and high-level customer service. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex flight bookings, ensuring accuracy in ticketing, and providing expert advice to our clients to enhance their travel plans. Key Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in reservations and ticketing.
A valid IATA Certificate is mandatory for this role.
Strong proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer needs.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail in booking processes.
Ability to create complex travel itineraries for individual and group travelers.
In-depth knowledge of international and domestic airline fare rules and regulations.
Proficiency in handling re-issues, cancellations, and refund processing.
Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
Fluency in English and Swahili to facilitate communication with local and international clients.
