HOLIDAY PACKAGES COORDINATOR @ TRAVELTRACK
We are looking for a dedicated Holiday Packages Coordinator to join Traveltrack in Tanzania. The primary focus of this role is to design, organize, and manage diverse holiday packages that cater to the needs of our varied clientele. You will be responsible for coordinating with various service providers such as hotels, transport companies, and tour guides to ensure a seamless holiday experience. This position is available for candidates interested in working in Dar es Salaam or Arusha. As a Holiday Packages Coordinator, you will use your creativity to build compelling travel itineraries that highlight the best destinations in Tanzania and beyond. This involves staying updated on industry trends and negotiating the best possible rates to provide value to our customers. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in tour operations and a commitment to delivering exceptional travel products that exceed client expectations.
Key Requirements
Experience in designing and coordinating holiday packages
Deep knowledge of Tanzanian and international tourist destinations
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and hotels
Ability to create customized itineraries based on client preferences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel management software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
