Key Requirements
Must be a Tanzanian national
Diploma or Degree in Security Management or a related field
Prior experience in aviation security or a related field is an added advantage
Strong communication skills in both English and Swahili
High level of integrity and professional ethics
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Ability to work in shifts including nights and weekends
Strong work ethic, discipline, and team spirit
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced aviation environment
Ability to conduct thorough document checks and passenger profiling
