Key Requirements
Proven international call centre management experience.
A ready team of at least 5 agents prepared to start immediately.
Strong background in USA or UK sales environments.
Experience in loan qualifying, outbound calling, or lead generation.
Demonstrated ability to drive performance and close sales through a team.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work shifts aligned with international (US/UK) time zones.
Access to high-speed internet and a reliable home office setup.
Proficiency in CRM software and call center performance tracking tools.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop agent talent.
