SENIOR ROAD DESIGN ENGINEER (1 POSITION) @ TRAFQUEST CONSULTANT
TrafQuest Consultant is seeking a professional and skilled Senior Road Design Engineer to join its dynamic team in Dubai. The primary focus of this role is on traffic and infrastructure projects, specifically concentrating on traffic diversion design and temporary traffic management plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed plans that comply with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) standards and the Work Zone Traffic Management Manual (WZTM). This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage and follow up with clients and regulatory bodies to secure necessary project approvals.
Key duties include the review and validation of design submissions to ensure total compliance with regional codes and engineering standards. The engineer will coordinate closely with various stakeholders to facilitate project execution and provide technical support on complex traffic management solutions. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in the consultancy sector in Dubai. Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in road engineering and traffic design.
Proven expertise in traffic diversion design and temporary traffic management plans.
Previous experience working with established consultancy firms within Dubai is highly preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) standards and regulations.
Strong familiarity with the Work Zone Traffic Management Manual (WZTM) guidelines.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software for infrastructure design.
