The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all guests at Totara Hotel. Duties include warm welcomes, managing efficient check-in and check-out processes, and handling incoming reservations with precision and professional grace.
Candidates will be expected to maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and offer assistance with inquiries throughout the guest's stay. Exceptional communication skills are essential to represent the hotel brand effectively and ensure every guest feels valued.
