The Housekeeper is responsible for the meticulous cleaning and presentation of all guest rooms and common areas. By ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and comfort, this role directly contributes to the guest's perception of the hotel's quality and cleanliness.
Tasks include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, replacing amenities, and conducting deep cleaning tasks as scheduled. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach are required to maintain the environment that defines the Totara Hotel experience.
