The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily hotel operations, managing diverse teams, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. This role involves strategic planning, budget management, and driving business performance to maintain the high service standards of Totara Hotel.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for staff and guests alike. Responsibilities include auditing daily reports, coordinating between departments, and resolving complex guest concerns to ensure operational excellence across the property.

Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality operations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software systems.
Ability to develop and implement operational budgets.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety and health regulations.
Ability to mentor and train hotel staff.
Fluency in English and Swahili languages.
