Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of continuous and proven experience in tour operations.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Advanced organizational and operational planning skills.
Proven experience within the tourism or hospitality industry.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage multi-site camp operations.
Proficiency in operational software and reporting.
Strong communication skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to work under pressure in remote environments.
