Tortilis Camps is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to manage and lead our housekeeping teams. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms, public areas, and camp facilities. This role involves scheduling cleaning tasks, managing cleaning supplies, and training staff to ensure that every corner of our camp reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant cleaning/housekeeping experience.
Proven experience in a supervisory capacity.
Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
Excellent attention to detail in cleaning standards.
Ability to train and mentor housekeeping staff.
Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to high hygiene standards in hospitality.
Ability to manage cleaning inventory and budget.
