Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPSP, CIPS, or an equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Demonstrated experience in airline catering, hospitality, logistics, FMCG, or aviation operations.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Advanced analytical skills for assessing market trends and supplier performance.
Proven expertise in vendor management and building long-term supplier partnerships.
Proficiency in using procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities to drive departmental success.
High level of integrity and understanding of ethical procurement practices and compliance.
