We are seeking two experienced Mining Supervisors to join our operations in Songwe. These roles are essential to maintaining high production standards, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding site safety at all times.
The supervisors will oversee the daily mining operations, manage production workflows, and supervise on-site personnel. This role requires hands-on experience in heavy machinery environments and a deep commitment to gold mining safety and operational excellence.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience supervising mining operations.
Strong knowledge of mining operations, production processes, HE, and site safety requirements.
Hands-on experience in gold mining operations is an added advantage.
Strong leadership, team supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts and manage large, diverse crews.
Knowledge of mining legislation and site compliance standards.
Proficiency in emergency response protocols in mining environments.
Excellent record-keeping and production reporting skills.
Strong aptitude for mechanical equipment maintenance and oversight.
