Top Talented Recruits is seeking a proficient Data Analyst to join their dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. The primary responsibility of this role is to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business growth and operational efficiency. The candidate will be expected to collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards that guide strategic planning. Salary is TZS 3M Gross.

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Analysis or a related field.
Strong technical skills in data manipulation and statistical software.
Proficiency in SQL for extracting and querying large datasets.
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including macros and complex formulas.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and patterns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings.
Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
