Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in automotive aftersales/service operations.
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, workshop operations, and spare parts management.
Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop technical teams.
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in automotive management systems and diagnostic software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer needs.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
