Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of proven accounting experience, preferably in logistics, transport, or supply chain.
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian tax regulations and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to prepare and present comprehensive monthly and annual financial statements.
Professional certification such as CPA (T) or ACCA is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
