CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR @ TOP CROP TANZANIA LIMITED
Top Crop Tanzania Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in Rufiji. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that all construction activities are executed according to the project plan, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the duration of the project. This full-time contract role is pivotal in bridging the gap between project design and physical execution.
In this role, you will be required to manage contractors and site teams while acting as the primary point of contact for field coordination. You will be expected to monitor project timelines closely, identify and mitigate potential risks, and provide detailed reporting on site progress through daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Your expertise in civil engineering and construction management will be vital in resolving complex site issues promptly and ensuring the project meets all regulatory and safety requirements.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
At least 5 years of on-site construction supervision experience.
Proven ability to lead daily site operations and field activities.
Experience in supervising and coordinating diverse contractors and site teams.
Strict adherence to ensuring construction works meet quality standards and design specifications.
In-depth knowledge of construction safety rules and local regulatory requirements.
Ability to monitor project timelines, progress, and identify potential risks effectively.
Proficiency in preparing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills with excellent communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage pressure and resolve site issues quickly and efficiently.
