This role is vital for ensuring that accommodation, catering, and utility services are delivered seamlessly to our staff and visitors. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of living and operational efficiency within the camp environment.
The role involves enforcing health and safety standards, coordinating logistics and transport, and managing relationships with various service providers. As the face of the camp for international visitors and guests, you must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly in a multicultural setting. This is a full-time position suited for a professional with significant experience in remote site management and logistics.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Logistics, Administration, or related field.
At least 5 to 10 years of experience managing camp or site operations.
Ability to run day-to-day camp operations including accommodation, catering, and utilities.
Capability to enforce HSE standards and conduct routine inspections.
Experience managing transportation and logistics for camp residents.
Skills in coordinating with drivers and service providers for daily needs.
Experience acting as the primary point of contact for guests and international visitors.
Ability to resolve issues promptly in a multicultural environment.
Strong inventory management and procurement skills for site supplies.
Ability to work flexible hours and reside in a remote site environment.
