The Road Works Supervisor at Top crop is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the direct oversight of infrastructure activities on-site. The successful candidate will manage earthworks, grading, and road finishing tasks while ensuring that all operations align with project drawings and quality standards. You will be expected to coordinate with operators and site teams to meet rigorous daily targets while maintaining a safe working environment.
In addition to field operations, this role involves significant reporting responsibilities. You will track progress, identify potential risks, and report site issues to senior management. The position requires a safety-first mindset and the ability to enforce HSE requirements across all active road construction projects.

Key Requirements
Experience in road construction or civil engineering.
Knowledge of earthworks, grading, and compaction techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
Experience in leading and coordinating field teams and operators.
Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Proficiency in reporting progress and site risks to management.
Ability to work in a site-based environment for extended hours.
