GRADER OPERATOR (2 POSITIONS) @ TOP CROP
Top crop is hiring two Grader Operators to assist in our road grading and leveling projects. This role requires an expert touch to ensure that surfaces are prepared correctly according to engineering designs and levels. Your work will form the foundation of our infrastructure projects, necessitating a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
As a Grader Operator, you will also be tasked with monitoring the condition of your machinery and performing routine site safety checks. Coordination with other heavy equipment operators and ground workers is essential to maintain a smooth workflow. We seek individuals who are proactive, safety-conscious, and experienced in delivering high-quality roadwork under tight schedules.

Key Requirements
Direct experience in road grading and leveling works.
Ability to read and follow grading stakes and site markers.
Extensive knowledge of road construction procedures.
Valid license to operate heavy-duty motor graders.
Strong focus on safety and accident prevention on site.
Experience performing daily equipment maintenance checks.
Ability to adapt to changing site conditions and priorities.
Excellent spatial awareness and precision control.
Effective teamwork and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to maintaining a clean and organized work site.
