CIVIL SUPERVISOR ASSISTANT @ TOP CROP
The Civil Supervisor Assistant role at Top crop is designed to support the daily supervision of civil works across active construction sites. In this capacity, you will work closely with the lead supervisor to monitor productivity, ensure high standards of workmanship, and enforce strict safety compliance among the labor force. Your presence on-site ensures that the project remains aligned with technical specifications.
You will also play a key role in the administrative and logistical side of site management, assisting with material coordination, conducting inspections, and preparing progress reports. This position requires strong coordination skills as you will act as a bridge between various construction teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of any site-level issues.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Prior experience in supporting site-based civil works.
Ability to monitor productivity and workmanship quality on site.
Strong understanding of safety compliance and construction regulations.
Experience in assisting with material coordination and inventory.
Skills in conducting site inspections and documentation.
Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively across different construction teams.
Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and site issues.
Willingness to work in a demanding, site-based environment.
