INTERNAL AUDITOR @ TOL GASES PLC
TOL Gases PLC is seeking a dedicated Internal Auditor to provide independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of its governance, risk management, and internal control systems. The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating control weaknesses, recommending systemic improvements, monitoring corrective actions, and assessing risks across financial, operational, compliance, technology, and safety domains. This position reports functionally to the Audit, Risk and Governance Committee of the Board and administratively to the Managing Director.
As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting risk-based audits and reviewing ERP-based business processes to ensure organizational efficiency and integrity. You will actively support the Board and Management by preparing professional audit reports and ensuring the implementation of corrective measures. This role requires a high degree of integrity and professional judgment to manage audit assignments effectively within a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Risk Management, or Business Administration.
Must hold professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA.
Active membership with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or equivalent body.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in internal/external audit or risk compliance.
Proven experience in risk-based auditing and ERP-based process reviews.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools.
Excellent report-writing and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to perform fraud risk assessments.
Strong understanding of Global Internal Audit Standards and frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple audit assignments independently with professional judgment.
