SENIOR SPECIALIST CX AND UX DESIGNER @ TIPP FOCUS
The Senior Specialist CX and UX Designer will lead the strategic development of user-centered design initiatives to solve complex business problems. This hybrid role involves shaping customer and user experience strategies, ensuring that organizational services are aligned with the behaviors and expectations of both employees and customers. You will operate at a strategic level, influencing cross-functional policies and digital transformation projects to deliver intuitive, seamless experiences across all touchpoints. Key Requirements
Honours or Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or CX design.
3-4 years of experience at an operational specialist level in financial services or the public sector.
3-4 years of experience designing end-to-end business process solutions.
3-4 years of experience leading large, complex, and multi-facet design projects.
3-4 years of experience overseeing and mentoring cross-functional teams of technical specialists.
Solid experience establishing process governance frameworks.
Proven track record of interacting with and influencing executive leadership.
Extensive experience in business process management.
Expert knowledge of user-centered and human-centered design principles.
