SENIOR ACCOUNTANT @ TILE FRESH LIMITED
The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of Tile Fresh Limited's financial records. This position involves owning the General Ledger, managing reconciliations, overseeing inventory and fixed-asset accounting, and ensuring revenue assurance and management reporting across various departments including Memberships, Sports & Fitness, Villas, Food & Beverage, Events, and Day Passes. The role also entails supervising the Finance Officer to ensure departmental efficiency.
The successful candidate will oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes while ensuring compliance with statutory filings, tax regulations, and audit requirements. You will be responsible for providing analytical insights through margin analysis and cost control strategies that contribute to the financial health of the Oasis Village & Club. This role requires a professional who can operate in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring high financial standards.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Economics
CPA (T), ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
3-4 years' progressive accounting experience
1-2 years' experience supervising finance staff
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax legislation
Advanced Excel & strong analytical ability
Experience with Hospitality or Club financial operations
Knowledge of Palladium Accounting System
Proficiency in GymMaster and eZee POS systems
Expertise in inventory accounting and fixed asset management
