CIVIL DRAFTSMAN – ROADS AND INFRASTRUCTURE @ TILAL HUMOS ROAD CONTRACTING LLC
Tilal Humos Road Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman with specialized experience in roads and infrastructure to join their expanding team. The primary focus of this role is to create precise technical illustrations for various roadway and infrastructure developments across multiple locations in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with engineers and surveyors to ensure that all designs and technical drawings are accurate and meet the high standards expected for large-scale contracting projects. Potential work locations for this role include Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
In addition to technical drafting, the Civil Draftsman will be responsible for verifying that all drawings adhere to local regulations and specific project requirements. The role involves managing project documentation and providing necessary updates throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless communication within the team. Candidates must be highly detail-oriented and capable of performing effectively in a collaborative environment. Since the projects are ongoing, the company is looking for a professional who is currently based in the UAE and is available to join the team immediately. Key Requirements
Expertise in AutoCAD software for technical drawing.
Proficiency in Civil 3D and associated infrastructure drafting applications.
Demonstrated expertise in drafting specifically for roads and infrastructure projects.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all technical illustrations.
Strong capability to collaborate effectively within a professional team setting.
Degree or certification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Must be currently residing within the United Arab Emirates.
Ability to join the company and start work immediately.
Knowledge of local UAE regulations regarding infrastructure development.
Experience working alongside professional engineers and surveyors.
Ability to maintain and update complex project documentation.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with project stakeholders.
