Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
