Tiffany Diamond Hotels is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Waiters to join our esteemed Food and Beverage team. As a key front-of-house member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your duties will include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment.
Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Good communication skills in both English and Kiswahili to effectively interact with a diverse clientele.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by business needs.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
