Key Requirements
Prior experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing, specifically targeting high-end/corporate clients in Central Business District (CBD) hotel markets.
Proven track record and established networks in corporate sales within the Dar es Salaam City Center hotel market.
Ability to handle corporate clients/accounts similar to those serviced by Serena, Johari Rotana, and Crowne Plaza.
Strong networking capabilities to build and maintain robust professional relationships.
Exceptional negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts and partnerships.
Excellent relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach.
Deep and comprehensive understanding of the Dar es Salaam corporate hospitality market.
Demonstrated ability to be results-driven and achieve sales targets.
Dynamic and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
