Tiffany Diamond Hotels is looking for a proactive and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high levels of service, and managing staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role involves supervising front-of-house staff, training new employees, and maintaining operational standards.
Key duties include managing reservations, handling customer feedback, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality are essential. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a hotel or restaurant environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
