We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Reservation Assistant to join our front office team at Tiffany Diamond Hotels. This role is crucial for managing all guest bookings and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial contact to check-in. The ideal candidate will handle reservations accurately, confirm booking details, and provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing guests.
Responsibilities also include utilizing hotel property management systems, addressing guest queries via phone and email, and collaborating with other departments to accommodate special requests. Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential to maintain our high standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good computer skills with high attention to detail.
Experience with hotel property management systems will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
